Map of your unit at Horizon City. The units marked with red outline have water service and considered MUDs. Once you locate it, depending how far from developed land it is you may want to consider selling it. Your next step is to have an official survey done to pin point exactly where it is then call a knowledgeable realtor to market the property for you.
