Recent changes since the brochure was published include the following:
· The 2010 census shows El Paso’s population has swelled to 800K. El Paso has invested a tremendous amount of money since 2009 into our infrastructure in light of this growth.

· Hunt Development is investing millions in Horizon City building a planned community.
Hunt Communities has already begun operations in the El Paso region with the acquisition and re-direction of a master-planned community just beyond the El Paso city limits. Paseo del Este is a 5,600-acre, mixed-use community with a substantial business and employment center located in El Paso County between the city limits and Horizon City. When fully built, the community will include approximately 20,000 homes, and amenities that include open space, jogging trails, bike lanes, landscaped parkways, neighborhood parks, a town square and schools.
