Please see the information I have gathered about Horizon City, Texas lots on my website, Russell-realtor.com. Unfortunately, I get a call at least once a week about these lots and 9 of 10 times they are so far from development that they essentially have little to no market value. Of course, I am not an appraiser or surveyor so please contact them to get an accurate appraisal of the value of your undeveloped land. IMPORTANT NOTICE: There land liquidator companies that have been sued by the attorney general for running a scam out there so be very careful when dealing with unsolicited marketers (see the attorney general website).
