I realize it is only May and you don’t pcs until August but the banks, VA appraisers and home inspectors are getting very booked up. Apparently, due to BRAC, Bliss and Biggs will be having a huge population surge by August. Complicating matters further, because the housing on base is such that there is at least one year waiting list, most families are opting to buy homes so demand is outpacing supply.
Please let me know if you selected a VA lender and when he/she may have the required pre-approval letter ready so that I can start sending your El Paso Texas and Horizon City Texas Home information that fits your criteria.
