Caution for Home Buyers

A word of caution for Home Buyers
Unless you meet with  a buyer’s broker to represent and assist you in buying Real Estate,  you cannot be assured that the Seller’s agent is protecting your best interests.  This means that you should never give important information about your motivation, financial capacity, time deadlines, etc., to a Seller’s listing agent.  The Seller’s listing agent or builder’s representative is obligated to tell his client, the Seller, everything that the you, the home buyer, say. The Seller’s agent does not owe the home buyer, a duty of confidentiality.
Don’t settle for less, know your rights and call a buyer’s agent today. And rest assured that you will not have to pay the buyer’s agent for his/her services because all agents in El Paso, TX agree to split commission at closing out of the proceeds of the sale.
