Texas real estate is a very hot Buyer’s Market. CNN Money predicts Texas to be the fastest-growing real estate market in the country. Four of the top five real estate markets in the country and seven of the top 10 are in Texas: McAllen-Mission, El Paso, San Antonio, Ft. Worth-Arlington, Houston, Austin, and Dallas-Irving. Horizon City, Texas is a suburb of El Paso County with a huge inventory of new homes for sale at ridiculously low prices. El Paso County has a number of home buyer programs available for first time buyers. Fort Bliss and Biggs are two military installations that make up a huge part of the El Paso real estate market. Therefore, builders are developing many communities within 10 minutes of these bases.
