All homebuyers participating in El Paso First Time buyer programs will be referred to a HUD-approved housing counseling agency that offers at least eight hours of pre-purchase homebuyer counseling and education. There is NO COST associated with this counseling course. Homebuyers will need to be represented by a REALTOR. Contact an experienced El Paso Realtor by calling (888) 845-2408.
